1.ABOUT
OUR POLICY:
We realize that shopping online is much
different than shopping in a store or at a show therefore we disclose any
changes made to the piece of furniture while it has been in our care,
whether it has been refinished by us or if their has been any changes from
the original design of the piece if we made the change ourselves. When we
state that the piece is in the original condition, we mean that it is in
the original condition that we received it in.

THAT YOU NEED. WE WILL BE GLAD TO SEND THEM TO YOU BY EMAIL.
2. If you are an
antique dealer or auctioneer and have a
certificate of resale license be
sure to fill out the Certificate of Resale form and email it to us.
3.ABOUT SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
All antiques must have a shipping and
insurance quote requested from USPS, UPS or the Shipping Company before
we can process your order. Therefore you will receive an email from us
with a shipping and insurance quote for you to accept or decline on
all furniture. USPS and
UPS are calculated on line for small products with estimated Insurance and
packaging..
You may receive this
before processing your order by emailing us before
hand if you are interested in anything that is in our store catalog with
all of your information. We can send you a shipping and insurance quote
before you purchase the antique or collectible.
4.HOW OUR CREDIT CARDS ARE
PROCESSED
The information you supplied is
verified ( your name, address, ship to address, name on the credit card
and the code on the back of the card. )
The credit card numbers are encrypted Your Credit Card numbers are not
kept online and are destroyed after the purchase. Therefore if you make a
new purchase you will have to re-enter the credit card information
portion.
5. We do keep a record of you being our
customer. JUST NOT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER

- Who is responsible for Shipping Costs?
Our Customers are responsible to pay for all Shipping Costs. This
charge will be added to your final bill after you have approved the quote
(pertains to large furniture)
- Shipping Glassware and other small items.
We will be using either USPS ,UPS for our online
shipping calculations you may choose which one you want to use during
check out.
- What about shipping large pieces of furniture?
For large pieces of furniture a quote has to be requested from a shipping
company. Our Customers are responsible to pay shipping charges. You may
email us with your full name, complete address, phone number and the exact address
of where you would like to have the piece of furniture shipped. We will get a
quote from our shippers in this area and email it to you. (for your approval) If you have your own shipping company you may also want to get quotes from
them.

Can I pick my purchase up at your store?
Yes! you may. We will be glad to hold the furniture for you to
pick it up yourself.
Will we Deliver? (This is for furniture only)
We will deliver free within a 15 mile radius, over 15 miles
we charge a delivery charge.
